Psarros & Allen is a family operated Conveyancing practice which began in 1975.

Psarros & Allen now has a practice operating at Wallaroo on the York Peninsula located at 1B Owen Terrace Wallaroo.   We will be the first specialized registered conveyancers  in the region, solely focusing on Conveyancing.

Mark Psarros

(Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing)

Mark has a wealth of experience in all areas of Conveyancing.
He has been involved in numerous sales and acquisitions of commercial office buildings and retail shopping centres and is responsible for the ongoing leasing of several major commercial, retail and industrial properties in South Australia.

Mark provides expert lease advice to Lessees and Lessors entering into commerical, industrial and retail leases. He has the expertise, negotiation skills, and knowledge to negotiate any lease for you.

Mark works closely with developers to ensure that their developments run on time and facilitates the development process by working closely with his clients, and all the relevant authorities and professionals to ensure all aspects of the development runs like clockwork.
Another of Mark’s area of practice is in the preparation of documentation for the acquisition and disposal of businesses. This area is very specialized and Mark’s attention to detail and knowledge of businesses will ensure your business is transferred properly.
